I feel the photos have been a huge success. I love the idea of things once being there and then becoming extinct and I believe I have captured this fantastical. The contrast between the colours in both locations are interesting and completely different to one any other. I love the brick wall as well its full of beautiful colours that compliment my work well, even the uneven shapes on the wall resemble my prints. I also like the fact you can see the wall is built up of layers and that due to climate and evolution it has begun to erode away. I would like to develop this collection of photos by re taking the countryside images in the moors of Manchester so that the colours in all photos would be similar but the surrounds and context would be very different, making the contrast less obvious and more thought provoking to the viewer.
