Over the past week I have been experimenting with applying colour to various used garments, bearing in mind the limitations we have to using the workshop equipment I decided the most efficient technique I could use would be hand-embroidery. By learning how to do French knots I was easily able to experiment with my colour palette, whilst injecting interest and texture into drab looking garments.
